Students aged from 12 to 17 years, studying Russian as a second or third foreign language, were the “Young Sherlock’s” participants. The opposing team included teachers and parents, who came to support the children. The participants had the opportunity to demonstrate not only their knowledge of Russian language, but also of literature, cinema, history, music and Russian culture in general.

Moreover, a traditional tea-ceremony was carried out during the break. The concert of instrumental music, held by the Russian Center, was also organized for the participants. The winners were awarded tickets to the Russian national “Kalinka-malinka” show, which will be held in RCSC in Berlin, on July 10.

In total, more than 50 students attended the 2nd tournament.

The Russian Center is planning to hold more games this year.
