Teachers of Russian language working in the sphere of compulsory and supplementary education from different regions of the UK attended the session. During the round table called “Contemporary trends in teaching Russian as a foreign language in the United Kingdom: questions and answers”, the participants shared their experience and discussed difficulties and priorities in motivating language learning.
The agenda of the session involved current developments in digital pedagogy and innovative methods of teaching Russian language and literature, including the possibility of using remote technologies. The specialists of the Institute provided more information on resources of the portal “Education in Russian” and the design of short-term educational process.
